  Had a run in with a very rude member of staff. Parked on double yellow lines blocking traffic and insisted to the female who had asked him to move that she was in the wrong and she shouldn't have parked opposite him, in fact she was waiting for him to move so she could get past. I approached the ABBEY VALE driver and told him to move before I'd give him a ticket and all he said was il give you one if you sit there too long. I was sat stuck due to his parking. The shear arrogance and not giving a damn nature of this man was unbelievable and a bad reflection on the company. Is this the service you get with ABBEY VALE?
